I want to post new artwork, but alas for the moment being I cannot, and that makes me a sad panda.

God, I haven't seen this picture in almost a year. Since it's so damn old I'm keeping it in the scraps. I believe I tried coloring it once when it was still new to me, but Rinji was all "YOUR COLORING SUCKS LET ME DO IT FOR YOU HAR DEE HAR" and I was "OKAY HEE-YUCK" and that's when I eventually learned how to color and color RIGHT at long last. Before that, I had this utterly stupid style of coloring and all my pictures looked like crap.

I could never do the coloring Rinji did justice, so I left it at that, and considered this a collaboration of sorts. I find it funny how she made it bloodier than it was originally. Not that I'm complaining. I'm sure that getting stabbed through the neck is bound to be painful and gory. But Ravencrow is used to it so he's cool, you see. Hah.

I'm actually rather pleased with the background. That's what I was mainly working on yesterday when I decided I wanted this picture finished so it didn't look like crap and get it out of my way. So thar we go!

If you have any critique, do it on the background, because that's the whole main reason why I did this in the first place was to practice on backgrounds. And yes, just so that you know, the sky in "Antediluvian" is reddish orange. Always. If my book were a movie or something, that's what the tint would be. Fun stuff.
