Description
After having this image in my head, I wanted to draw the antagonist to "The Lupis Project". I blame "Television" by Stabbing Westward, although for once the song has nothing to do with the image itself. I just wanted to experiment with a different kind of style and angle for a different characters I hadn't drawn until now. Loki's wings really know how to whore up a whole page, don't they? Damn them. This picture made me want to stab my eyes with the pencil I used to draw him with. It was such a pain to do, I tell you that. It was rather complicated, so I decided to tweak with the shading to make him more defined, otherwise it probably would have been more difficult to know what is going on.
But yes. This is the very first Loki picture. Bless Rinji for doing a full front image of him, which I still love. Going to upload that into the fanart section of my website. In the meantime...enjoy my crap.
"Where are my eyes? To where have you taken them?"
Dirty Ink brushes are by, you guessed it,

I haven't read much of The Lupis Project, so I'm at a bit of a loss concerning some of his anatomy and the quote. But it's interesting, I'll give you that. The various-shades-of-gray look suits the picture well. Nice work on his ears and horns as well.
Does he have three sets of wings? If so, the lowermost ones were the part that confused me. They look a little like extra legs, but I guess that's what I get for not doing my research.
Dynamic. I should go back to reading that. Nice to see your doing more art again.

Currently he's barely made an appearance in the story, but this is what he is going to look like. I hope you started reading the re-written version. The original makes me want to weep.
Yes, he does have three sets of wings, although a friend of mine suggested that the lower wings be on his ankles rather than the back of his knees, like they are here. I posted her version of him in the fanart section on "The Lupis Project" website, if you're curious. I really liked hers, since she's better with anatomy and all.
And thanks. I'm not sure if I'm going to get much up here yet, but I'll try. I've just been drawing because I needed a break from doing school work.

Heh. Lots of wings.
Good to see that you colored it, though. I would've thought this would also be a bit more detailed, but I suppose this style works as well. The subtle grays really make me think of the Stinkfist music video, but minus all the fuzz.
Next time set your lineart to multiply and then use the polygonal tool on a layer below to make a selection of what you want to color so you don't get little bits of different colors here and there.
