That's what I keep asking myself…
Do you care?
You say you do, but …
Your voice, the way you talk, and your actions scream so loud to me that you don't care, don't want to care, and so much more…
Do you care?
When you speak you're so cold like the eyes of a shark just before a kill.
Do you mean to be so cold?
Do you care?
You say good bye but yet you still talk to me.
How do you do that and still toss me aside in your mind?
Have you tossed me aside in your mind?
Do you care?
You say you fought but you won't say how or why.?
When you fought did you try, or were you too scared so you rolled over in defeat?
Did you care?
All these questions and so many more race through my mind.
Like why won't you let me just talk to them and try and save us?
All this and so very much more flow from and form just one simple thought.
