ok, want to explain what I think first. I honestly do not currently see these two as a couple. I have no problem with slash, I've read a couple cute stories about them already but in my mind this is just the most extreme bromance currently in existance. It would be cool if there is a bit more between them in the show when it starts again but I'm not gonna expect anything relationship-wise. John is currently straight in my mind.Now! this picture...I had an idea that I really hope will be in an episode. I think Sherlock should get hurt at some point. not mortally or enough to put him in a coma, just enough to keep him off his feet, more due to John's stern doctoring than his inablility to walk. So he would have to solve the crime while never actually being at the scene. (with computer/phone help)
At the point or this picture he is still unconscious from some terrible run in and John wouldn't leave his side till he woke up. You know he wouldn't! I imagine he takes Sherlock's hand and Sherlock somewhat unconsiously clamps on and doesn't let go. I think Sherlock is a very clingy person when it comes to someone he's really close to and right now that's really just John isn't it???
colour isn't very vibrant due to it being a hospital and hospitals never have good colours or lighting. oh, and it's reallt bright in the top right corner cause there's one of those long wal lights above them (that's a pull chain by Sherlock's head)

I'm actually surprised I kinda called something they did in the
first episode what with John going to the crime scene and having
Sherlock via laptop! (mentioned in my comments but also in the fic
I wrote with this) I just the thought of Sherlock showing his need
for people without actually voicing it, like he did with protecting

well he "dies" Conan Doyle killed him off but then
wrote that he pretended to be dead for 3 years, which
is what I hope they do, or something similar. They
could kill him as that was Doyle's original plan but
I think the fandom would be quite upset.

I hear you with the friendship=>slash connection people tend to make. I admit I have my own 'guilty pleasure' slash couples in different fandoms, but I prefer to see these guys as close friends. I hope they don't push the slashy elements in the show next season. It just annoys me when people think two guys can't have a close friendship without being gay.

yeah, when I say I hope for more moments I really
meanmoments where they realize how much they mean
to eachother in a super close frinedship way. like
after Sherlock ripped the bomb off John and had his
little freak out because John was willing to die to
let him get away

I kinda like the Sherlock/John fluff. Although I think Watson is straight. Eh well. I think Watson would do a lot for Holmes, though... So, eh, if Sherlock falls for John then John would put up with a bit of fluff or whatnot. That's what I think, anyhow X3

Originally in my head it was be Watson because, though he wouldn't admit it, Sherlock would be very broken with out him. But it can obviously work both ways really because Sherlock made John's life better

that's true too, but I think it's already a bit obvious how
important John is to him especially at the end of The Great
Game when Moriarty left and he was kinda freaking out getting
the bomb jacket off John as fast as possible. I love the bit
of panic in his voice at that part.

ooo, I don't know. I liked the first one very much as I enjoyed
the beginning of their friendship and how amazingly well they got
along, but the 3rd one was pretty great too...especially with the
beginning when he's bored! It's kind of a tie for those 2.

Yes definitely, they built up their relationship well and the characters have well established personalities (sorry if that din't make sense) and the ending to the third one had made me impatient for another series, like everyone else though
The only thing that I wondered about the second and third episodes was where was John's walking stick thing?! Lol I probably shouldn't worry about the small details though XD

well, John forgot it in the restaurant in the first
episode and Sherlock had the restaurant owner bring
it to the flat but John doesn't need it anymore so
he probably tossed it or it's somewhere in his room.

While I support the John/Sherlock stuff, you do have a point. I find it fun to over exaggerate stuff like that a tad though. I'm a little camp I suppose. ANYWAY. I would love for this idea to happen, actually. I think about that too. I'm glad it's not just me!
