Description
Only because I was bored and eager (why?) having it in my sta.sh I decided to post it.
Lawful Good: Leon S Kennedy: Resident Evil series (May have gone to NG or CG later)
Neutral Good: Hawke: Dragon Age 2 (I cheated and looked up what hawks Alignment might be. They said canonically, he/she was this. I doubt that allot, but Ho knows. Anyone who's played dragon age please tell me?)
Chaotic Good: Travis Touchdown: No More Heroes (Went this way in 2, despite being an assassin)
Lawful Neutral: Lana Beniko: Star Wars: The Old Republic (Which is surprising given her being a Sith. She could almost be a Jedi.)
True Neutral: Mr. game & Watch: ?
Chaotic Neutral: Jinx: League of Legends (Riot said this is her alignment.)
Lawful Evil: Death: Castlevania
Neutral Evil: Kain: Legacy of Kain
Chaotic Evil: Jenova: Final Fantasy VII (Her only line in the one above)
I do not own any of them.

Well, Kain matures into True Neutral, and argubly was so allready in Soul Reaver, just very ruthless about his goals(saving Raziel from becoming the Soul Reaver, and saving Nosgoth). He was pretty surelly Neutral Evil during the End of Blood Omen, during Blood Omen 2, and in the backstory of Soul Reaver though.
I think Jenova, essentially being an assimilator, and with famous "puppet quote", is more Lawfull Evil, like a more cruell organic Borg or Cybermen. Or True Neutral, seeing she may not have even a reall personality, being more of an more cosmic scale predator/parasitoid.
