Description
Name: Kogane Rikujou (六条 こがね)
Age: 18 years old
Birthday: October 4th
Nationality: ??? (she was rescued by Hakase from an illegal civet coffee farm in Sri Lanka)
Kogane is a Golden Wet-zone Palm Civet (Paradoxurus aureus) Chimera with a slighty greedy personality. She values money and food over anything, even her friends. She was one of the first Chimeras created by the scientist, and maybe the most troublesome of the first ones. However, she still respects Nanachi as a leader, although she doesn't want to share some of the loot with her. Kogane lives in the Mangrove area of Sampan Island alongside Riri. Unlike Riri, Kogane lives in the treetops, and she's bad at swimming. On the other side, Kogane has a good sense of smell and can sniff out Hakase's cooking or someone else's food from afar. She also has a secret weapon on her tail known as Civetone, a musky substance with a fragrant smell that can make her enemies disorientated and fall in love with her regardless of gender. She feels embarrassed whenever someone tries to cuddle or rub her fluffy tail, like most of the Chimeras, her tail is a sensitive spot
Voice actor: Ibuki Kido
Known roles: Kana Yabuki from Idolmaster Million Live, Kaede Sendoin from Battle Girl High School, Yume Hasegawa from Pupa, Claire Rouge from Bladedance of Elementalers, Niho Hinomiya from Schoolgirl Strikers, Megumi Jinno from Eromanga Sensei, Chinami Oka from Golden Time, Lily Bloommerchen from Soul Worker and Aimi Murazumi from Ousama Game
Trivia: Kogane's name means gold in Japanese, which fits with her scientific and English name, as well as her greedy attitude. Meanwhile, her last name and her Civetone is a reference to Kaori Rikujou from Killing Bites, who's also a palm civet hybrid. She's based of Taman Safari's Golden Wet-zone Palm Civet that can be found in the nocturnal fauna and reptile area, near the viewing area of the primate exhibit and the Safari Kuring restaurant
