Fuck this show. No seriously, no joke, no exaggeration. This show can just go screw itself. I fucking hate it with a burning passion, and I am so glad that this was voted for (by you guys) for me to tear into a million pieces. Let's rip this trash apart, this is without a doubt the worst series on YouTube "Happy Tree Friends." There are so many cruel and disgusting things about this show that makes it SO AWFUL in any way possible. Before any of you guys hesitate to ask, no. There's not an episode I hate more than Racist Mario or Ren Seeks Help. But if we're talking about the ENTIRE show as a whole, then it is one of the most disgusting, annoying, and CRUELEST shows I have ever seen in my life, not to mention goddamn, motherfucking stupid. Now, I'm sure what you guys are wondering "Dafuq is Happy Tree Friends?" Happy Tree Friends is an animated series on MondoMedia's channel. The whole plot about the show is cute and adorable animals getting killed in dangerous ways. In fact, that is the biggest problem I have with the series. What the hell is it about that makes so fucking popular? Well like I said, it's just done by ONE gimmick. Okay, I know some of you guys will be like "Oh, by you're not the right type of audience for this show." That can be possible, but despite that, the series itself has became an influence for OTHER ANIMATED YOUTUBE VIDEOS! Whenever a random video contains shocking bloody violence, it's immediately gonna receive over 1 million views. NO! JUST... NO! Animated videos (and shows, and movies) needs SO MUCH MORE to make its violence work. It can work if its humor is laced with a lot of dark width and dialogue. And if it is, then you know what? I'll laugh at it. But it can also work with something silly if it's DONE RIGHT.

For example. Dick Figures, Invader Zim, South Park, etc. They've ALL attempted this type of humor, and usually, IT WORKS it's because these shows are filled with things that are stupid and aware that actually makes it funny. HTF on the other hand has NO DIALOGUE and NO INTERESTING DEVELOPEMENT. Instead, it just relies on cute animals getting killed to draw you in, rather than the characters trying to talk OR express themselves.

In fact, that's ANOTHER problem with this show. The characters (Yes, pretty much all of them) are AWFUL. The fact that these guys can't speak or even show ANY kind of personality just makes them stupid and forgettable characters. And even some of the characters that DO have some kind of personality, it's either forgotten or replaced with another stupid personality. The writers have absolutely ZERO attention on giving personalities to these characters, but rather the stupid ways the characters DIE. Although some of the characters that have personalities like Nutty who likes candy and Flippy who has some sort of disease, they're still not interesting. Because either times, the characters are either one-dimensional, annoying, or VERY unlikable. There are several episodes where the characters are being rather stupid, mean, or just awful to others, and believe me, it's BEYOND annoying and insufferable to sit through.

Which brings me to another problem with this series... FILLER. The whole series is just animals dying, THAT'S IT. Nothing else happens throughout this show, nothing interesting happens. Not till the beginning, nor the ending. This series is just BORING, even if you don't mind the gross-out humor.

And SPEAKING of gross-out humor, that's basically ANOTHER problem I have with this series. You can argue that Dick Figures, Invader Zim, and South Park ALSO have gross-out. But the reason it works is because those shows have characters with personalities, and the gross-out is usually in a result by something that makes it funny. HERE THOUGH, the gross-out is insufferable. Why? Because you'll have to end up seeing the characters screaming in GRATING voices. And trust me, it's just torture. The different amount of gross-out used in this show is DISGUSTING. Yeah, if you thought Racist Mario's gross-out was bad, just wait till you see THIS. You see the insides of the characters, all of the guts and blood, the characters cutting their legs off, ripping their own faces off, stabbing themselves in uncomfortable places, and seeing how grating the characters scream, it's both DISGUSTING and BEYOND ANNOYING.

Now, I'm sure you're wondering "Oh but Tom and Jerry never talk and THEY'RE violent too." True too, but the major difference is that T&J focus on slapstick humor. And although the characters rarely talk, I can still be able to understand their personalities. Tom is goofy and wants revenge on Jerry, and Jerry is more of the playful character and tries to outsmart Tom. And give Tom and Jerry this, their voices and screaming are SO MANY TIMES more tolerable than Happy Tree Friends.

And another reason too, it's because Tom and Jerry, and other shows such as Dick Figures, Invader Zim, South Park, etc. focus on wacky scenarios, interesting characters, and different stories. And like I have said before, the gross-out is funny in those shows because it's always from a scenario that's too funny to find gross. Happy Tree Friends is just basically NOTHING but just getting the viewers' attention and make them laugh by making it as shocking, disgusting, and disturbing as possible. Well, you know what, guys? WHO THE FUCK GIVES A DAMN?! All we want is a show that has good characters and not too much gross-out humor. Although we get the gimmick that has been used 1 billion times before, as well as being an influence for OTHER ANIMATED YOUTUBE VIDEOS, you guys have to put some MORE EFFORT into this. Nobody cares of how detailed the gross-out is, OKAY?! You guys need to put some effort into the characters, make them interesting, and actually make them TALK.

This show has NO STORY, NO CHARACTERS, NO MEANING, NO HUMOR, NO DIALOGUE, NO INTERESTING DEVELOPMENT, and most importantly, NO POINT! This show pretty much have absolutely no reason to exist. Because, really, I don't want to believe this show existing. There are so many other shows that MondoMedia has produced, although they aren't good, they AT LEAST, have MORE EFFORT than THIS PIECE OF SHIT SHOW!
