This is one of the first pictures I took with my new Olympus D-460 Zoom digital camera. I love it! This is my friend Dave who only looks like that because he had a long day of smoking behind him and it finally caught up, if you know what I mean.Related content

On the contrary! I think this photo works well, given the subject matter
Rules are made to be broken. Artistic effect is what's important. The blur fits the subject matter anyway. It's a snap-portrait spiced with a touch of fancy.

i... don't like it too much, really
i understand why you took this picture, i like the idea and all, but the technique leaves much to be desired. I mean, the focus is not on the eyes, it's all blured, the eye is completely green, the other eye is on fire, so is the nose. :sighs:
