iTs a really cool anime I discovered. its about phsychic kids, anyway in it there's a group of so called terrorists more like rebels who are lead by an old man who produces out a card like this kid picture and he says its to represent the future of one of the characters. He thought at first it was a kid who joined them only to spy around but he was mistaken it turned out the card represented Kai instead who is the main character. Great series, its only 20 episodes. I reccomend it.
