Yes, this is one very normal child. As you can see, her mother gave her one...um....[didn't pay enough attention in bio!! XD]..thing...and her dad gave her another...thing. So, altogether she has two beautiful things. However, in the event the mother accidentally gives her daughter [or son] TWO...things, the result will be a child with Down's Syndrome. Sad, no? This is not the case with this little girl, who has her little yellow backpack on and is all ready to go to school Yay!
