The datable NPC's in the game always remain single unless you choose to marry them. Some of them have hints of interest in other characters, for instance if you don't marry Sebastian, his sister Maru will mention that she wishes her brother would just ask Abigail out already. So there's a clue that Sebastian might like Abby but it's never confirmed and they won't actually date in the game. I'm not sure about Sam as far as romantic interests go. I'd consider all of the NPC's pansexual since they will want to date you even if your character is like a blue alien cat monster, they don't care haha.
So the short of it is no, Sam doesn't have a significant other. ^_^ He's bff's with Sebby so I could see them developing feelings for one another, haha. ^_^

The rules are that each person has to guess if their opponents have a card higher or lower than their own. If they guess right, their opponents have to remove an item of clothing.
