It is AMAZING! I love the background and pose! I have always loved your work beyond belief! Its so detailed and meaningful! You make the poses so they dont look fake or to un-natural! I was looking for things to critique and this caught my eye immediately. I really like the color that was used for the crisp lines and the outfit is completely adorable. I really like the clock/gear things in the background. Every detail is easily seen and I really love the hatching that was used on the shadows. The artists style is one of my favorite types. It gives you an effect of a crazy maid, but theres a spark of innocence to it as well, and the red color it's drawn in gives it a sepia effect. The knife matches with the gears in the background, it is visually attractive, and its original in it's own way. Over-all, this is a very nice piece. I really love this piece a lot.

Impressive picture, the lines are so smooth, I'm jealous. ;]
The eyes and hair has to be my favourite part of the entire picture, to me they stand out the most. The knife in her hand and the way she is shows that she is a waitress?!
Anyway, it is so hard to find something that could be improved because it looks amazing. Only small thing I can think of that to me, her left shoulder seems to be off-positioned a bit. It seems higher than it should be but then again that could be just the angle of her.
But in general terms, amazing picture. Keep it up! ;]

Alright! This is my first critique so be patient!
First of all, I want to congratulate you for making such a wonderful piece! The composition are finely placed! Everything seems to fit together here! The eyes has a deep feeling to it and I love the dress! I also like the way she's holding her knife and the hairstyle is very creative!
But there are some places where improvement is needed like the hand holding the knife. it looks a bit odd!
but the rest is alright so it's not a big deal!
As for the final impact, I'm very impressed with these piece so I'll just say keep practicing and you'll get awesome!

Vision - 5
I choose 5 because although this is uncolored I am still attracted to it by the beauty of it, the look of it. I can't quite explain this.
There is depth in this and the fact that you only shaded it is amazing because it feels like there's so much here as is.
Originality - 5
I think I've told you before that I hate the Originality scoring.
But I gave you a 5 because this isn't something I've seen around yet, but that's just me and my opinion.
Technique - 5
I love your technique like no other.
It's amazing how you don't even have to color something and the image still has the same impact as when it's colored, perhaps more? I don't know.
I like it either way though.
The way you shade things is so perfect and the depth you give to things is appropriate. It makes me curious. I'm wanting to put this image on my 3DS just to see if it'll be 3D too...
Impact - 5
Impact received a whole 5 star rating.
Reason being because I look at this and try to think really hard "Why is she holding that knife?" and "why are there gears in the background?" if this is from an Anime then I'll never understand until I watch said Anime.
But this art left me thinking. So I give it a 5.

AND I TRIED REALLY HARD TO FIND SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ART.
I really did... but.. I couldn't find any flaw.
I'm gonna have to start pointing out small things then.
The palm. It looks a bit odd, but otherwise very well done. It didn't bother me in the slightest. But that's probably just a line you left behind from the line art...
I fail at finding the flaws.
