It looks like a combination of interior light and sunlight from outside. The latter looking a bit blue. Done on purpose?

The hair cascading over her body is very artfully done and gives her a sort of mysterious beauty. Another plus is her well groomed public hair which, in my opinion, is preferable to no hair. The full body shot suits this model and photograph well.
