This has an almost metaphorical quality to it. Sure, it's a crash and you can see it, but she looks too good to have been in a crash. Hence, life after death -- which will make this the concept. Or birth after death, like finding faith or keeping that faith even after something tragic. When it's especially harder to do so.
That's what I thought of when I examined this one. Your technical work doesn't need a comment, so I'll just mention what your photography makes me think of, or what I think of when I see it.

I was thinking along the same lines as "17dreams" ! 
I was also thinking you have soft/sensual/emotional juxtaposed with hard/harsh/cold/unfeeling . Two extremes that fit the image very well and explain some of what's today's world is like .

Lovely woman.
This almost has the feel of a being born. A woman breaks from the metal cocoon of a crashed car; in spite of her smooth soft skin she must be invincible.
She must have super human strength hidden somewhere in her demure form to push free of that twisted wreck. Another fascinating piece. You never cease to amaze me!
