This image makes me think of the Aquatic ape hypothesis; a concept I first came across in Desmond Morris' book "The Human Zoo." [link]

Beautiful. I love the motion that you have captured, and the way she looks like she is rising up out of the water.

this pic really drew my full attention. light, contrast, and composition are very harmonic with each other. the structure of this shot is very well built. i should keep focusing on...

Jaw-dropping piece of work! i just dig the contrast and the texture and how you are just so drawn to those curves!!!! its like every drop of water were told to hold still to harmonize with the hair and everything else!!!

Stunning capture, must be a nice fast piece of glass you have there in your lens? 1/3000th at sunset and its very clear with no grain.
Stunning piece of work

This one is exquisite. Ive never seen a photographer capture the splay of the hair so perfectly. And i think every photographer tries to get that shot at least once. congrats on the fantabulous capture

It's amazing that you were able to capture the hair flick at the perfect moment.
The way the water is splashing also helps add to the effect. Very nice work.

One of my favorite parts of this shot is the textural feel of the water behind and around the model. I think the crop and positioning are perfect, with the arc of her hair bringing our eyes to the very interesting backdrop. The way you've grayscaled the image really makes it appear as if were taken at night, which is a fantastic illusion. Photography is so perfect a medium for giving the viewer what they want without actually using the real item. Beautifully done.
