Update: Skin is totally dead now - no functionality other than clocks.

Code must have changed at accuweather - regex functions are broken. Weather icons seem to be accurate, but temps will not show.

For customizing time, change Format="%#H:%M" to Format="%#I:%M%p" if you want am/pm format.
For changing Mon to Monday, change Format="%a" to Format="%A".

If you want to change length and width of the skin, you can add/remove cities, or change position (x,y) of every single element(cities, time, day, temp, icons), change font height etc.

As I already said, change Format="%#H:%M" to Format="%#I:%M%p" if you want am/pm format.
For India, Timezone(number of city)=+4.5
