Well, I have never drawn a realistic-semi-realistic cat before... This is my first try. On paint. Sorry it is kind of... bad. :C

Anyway, I just got done reading The Black Cat by Edgar Allan Poe. Great story, the ending FREAKED ME OUT. If you haven't read it, I'll give you a quick synopsis.

This guy, who is perfectly sane, may I add, gouges his favorite cat's eye out and hangs him later. Then the narrator's house magically catches on fire. After the fire, the guy investigates his house and there is a large imprint of his cat on the wall or something. Of course, he freaks out, but then he thinks up a logical explaination for all of this. He starts to miss his cat, but then he finds a cat that looks just like his previous cat (it was even missing an eye) except it had a large patch of white fur on it's chest. He liked the cat at first, but then he started to HATE IT. He hated it so much, he tried to kill it. His wife stopped him from axe-ing it's head off, but he got mad at her and drove the axe right through her brain. He hid the body in the wall, made it look like nothing happened, and then he waited for the cat to show itself. It never did. Police came, there was a scream coming out through the wall on the final investigation of the Cellar, they opened it, the corpse fell out, and the cat was in the wall... eating the corpse. :c

Well anyway, this is that cat. The patch of fur looks like a hangman because when the narrator was hating on the cat, but trying not to kill it, he said the patch of fur started to look like the gallows. So yeah.
