Description
This is vent art and thus not very important. The only reason I didn't put this in scraps since it's so abstract and weird and unnecessary is because I put an ungodly amount of time into it compared to the whopping two? other vent pieces I've done.Glitch effect isn't really needed but I added it to go along with the title and also because I wanted to give 's unsharpen mask method a try which is available here: [link]
What category do I even put this in...?

Abstract, contrasting, clashing, and brilliant. This piece is only meant for the few rather than the masses. The mesh of words, the seemingly random glitches, and the sharp, stark colors striking the eyes to where it's almost painful to look at gives a wide visual to the meaning of the word. The techniques are executed well, and the impact is almost frightening. It's everywhere, it's on every level, heavy, overwhelming, and it's wrenching from the inside out. Helpless, and hopeless; an unwilling body to the unyielding world around in a beautifully cruel reality.
The repeated images also seem to attest to those who know, but continue to do it without either care, or really understanding the severity. The blues are cold, and the reds are hot, like the deepening thoughts spiraling down, and the hot emotions reverberating higher and higher to the point of bursting.

I do my fair share of writing, actually. And I also RP with Lil every day, and she also reads a ton. We both try our best in our writings to exercise our grammar, English comprehension, and descriptions. We do it for the love of creating a fantasy and emotions.
Well, it's not that I don't like anything. I think it's very good the way it is. I can tell that it's a rough piece because I'm getting the impression that you're doing many things out of your usual element that you're accustomed to. You're testing yourself to see how you can communicate something that is so difficult to understand in a different way. Since your words gets lost at times, perhaps art can speak for you.
What I would encourage you to do to improve is to actually expand what you did here in your Vent picture more often. Use the texts in various ways, do it bigger, cram more, do less, colors, abstract, simple, etc....you talk more through your drawings than you probably could ever possibly express in words. Explore more, basically.

This is true; usually when I try to convey this particular thing to people I get either weird looks or confused ones. It's often easier for me to express it through imagery in that way.
I might not post my vent artworks in my main gallery though; I might start posting them on Tumblr or just in my scraps, but I can let you know on Mabi when I finish one if you're interested. :0

Welp. One thing's for sure: any reaction out of the cliche "oh, that's nice" is bound to be remembered. *pets* But I always like your things. And I welcome it being different, too. Gives new ideas, new perspectives, new....new eva-ree-thing!
