Description
Just for the hell of it, I decide to redraw one of my really old deviations . The original is really quite dreadful, but yet is something like my fourth most popular deviation... c'est la vie!It's a bit of a character redesign too, because Charles is far too logical to suit such a frilly design. And he really doesn't need two belts XD

Well mermen are popular. What can you do to it. half naked men with awesome tails. XD Your pencil work is so clean it's unbelievable. i doubt I will ever be able to do that

It's only clean because I cheated - I could never get pencil lines that clean on their own! I drew it with a blue pencil first, went over it with a normal one, then got rid of the blue in photoshop. I think there's at least one getting-rid-of-blue-lines tutorial on dA; if not there'll be one somewhere else. So I'm sure you would be able to
