I remember watching a live-stream, in the creative category, of a person building a pixel-art picture made of beads. It was a random stream that I caught at random. But it was legendary!

Those are what is known as perlers. They are little circular beads that can be laid down on a pad to create an image. They are very good for recreating pixel art in real life. After meticulously arranging them, you have to iron them to cement the beads together so you can remove the pattern.
