OH MY GODDDDDD I haven't been on here in SO LONG, LIKE... WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!Actually, uni's what's been going on. DX
But! I'm still here and just had time to quickly colour this doodle. (Which was doodled in class, of course.)
Sam takes Gene jogging! He does about as well as you'd expect.

A friend and I ended up doing an RP of Sam and Gene last night. Sam ended up with a fever and konked out and had a dream. Inspired by this piece, bit of a cute moment between them, thought you might like a looky XD
DI Sam Tyler had a dream...a wierd dream.... A dream of Gene?... Gene and himself... running... so much running... well... about as much running as beer mountain could take. Actually it was more of a jog with Sam wanting to keep close to his pace. Jogging suit on and Gene in some daft shorts. Excersize. Hadn't gotten far through the park either... now flopped on the grass instead so beer mountain could rest and letting smoke filled lungs take a breather. He didn't mind. nice day, birds tweeting. "We've gone ten yards and you're knackered already?" "Shut up twig legs" Sam smirked at him and laid back in the grass arms behind his head. "You could at least try.... no pain no gain..." "No brain no gain with you more like Gladys..." Sam just grinned at him as Gene joined him in the grass laying down and panting like he'd run a marathon already... or rather walked it. "Bet you're used to that then.." "Oi.... Smart arse.... just cos im not... as much of a health freak...as you" "It's all the cigarettes Gene... they'll be the death of you" The Guv gave him a look like he was a raving lunatic, nothing new there "Nothing can touch the Gene Genie... " "touch..." Sam poked his beer gut cheekily with one of those smug grins "Bloody nutter.... " "...... you brought jam butties with you?...." "yeah.....so?" ".......Giz one..." "Piss off..." Sam chuckled softly and shifted to lay his head on beer mountain "....comfy?" "...yeah actually..." "see... bit of manly padding... good for you...instead of running around being a twig" "rather a twig than a hot air balloon" "Oi!" The both of them chuckled softly "Its a wonder you don't float away with me then" "..... Feel like I already do sometimes..." "....poof..." Sam chuckled again and closed his eyes "I spoke with your Hyde DCI yesterday...." Sam's eyes snapped open again. "oh?" "...talked about your stay here....Bloody impressed by you" "really?" "Yeah I am..." Sam blinked for a moment before smiling cutely at him "They want you back there soon....dont blame em..." "....what did you tell them?" Gene shifted a hand to gently brush through sam's hair "To piss off...." "Oh that figures..." "Can't afford to loose you Sam... You're important here... Brain like yours... finally done some bloody good to my useless team." Sam smirked a bit proudly of himself "Thanks Guv.... So I'm going back soon then?" "......." "Guv?" ".........." Sam shifted his head to look at him, met with a stoic look and a frown "'sup to you Sam... Do you want to stay here?" "........." "Or go 'ome..." "........Is there really a choice?" "You tell me...." "..........no" "poof..." "oi!"

The white loafers are things of glory. It made me sad that he had new shoes in A2A! Even if the cowboy boots were mega cool, nothing beats the loafers of Awesome.

Sitting around while Sam limbers up.
Walking leisurely to the hotdog stand.
Eating the hotdog as he walks round the block.
Consuming his own bodyweight in food at the pub as a reward.

My massive pile of a workload's not quite as bad as second year... YET. The dissertation's the annoying part - writing essays is the worst thing >_< You're doing a dissertation too, right? What's yours on?
Since the summer I've just been... Umm... O_o... *tries to remember*... Well, there's been uni, and that's pretty much it! I've been going to a few geeky cons dressed as Gene Hunt like a saddo, but apart from that, not a lot! How about you?
Third year IS so much better! There's a lot of work, but it doesn't seem to be quite as pressured just yet. We've been working on pre-production since Sept, and we start production after Xmas. My film's gonna be about dog training
