sorry but Flash will only losse not by one but 100 of them! Flash is the mose faster of all royal guards and the mose usefull! but if Flash face the real Shadow who he use chaos control (is cheated by the way) will win! flash! the shadow Android got only 01% of what shadow can do! Omega and metal sonic can beat the shit of thos Fake Shadow! plus EGGMAN robot are Weak to magic! Can use a Thunder Clowd on them and is over! Machine are Weak to Magic but tecno Magic is got a residense on magic but not inmute! so the only pony magic thos eggman robot can take a lot is eath pony magic but alicorn magic destroy them like a chaos blast! so the pony magic robot are weak is unicorn , pegasus and alicorn! but the eath pony is only rare pony like AppleJack or Pinkie can destroy them like nothing! well pinkie she so ramdom! the royal are only weak to more powerfull magic user or sealer! and eggman dont know for this! he know only science not magic! if eggman can mastered the way of magic and science he will be more powerfull and mosely instopble! this is the reason EGGMAN LOSSE ALL THE TIME! oh and he make mistake!

I am generally indifferent to Flash Sentry, whether if it involves his shipping or him as a character. Not sure his abilities you talked about are canon. Whether in the show or IDW, I don't recall much of his screentime displaying these skills.
The Shadow Androids have been upgraded in this scenario, almost close to that of base Shadow. Flash Sentry with his guard training and pegasus magic wouldn't be enough against an enemy similar to the Ultimate Lifeform, let alone an army of them attacking the Crystal Empire. How much Equestria magic affects robotic armor is up to debate, seeing that robots and/or automatons don't appear or exist in MLP (so far as of S7).

The yellow variant was only used in Multiplayer mode in Shadow's game. Later fanart would use this to distinguish them from the original.

Originally, they were prone to glitching in Shadow's game. In this commission, Eggman fully invested his time to upgrade the units to that of base Shadow.

It would be ideal for Eggman's next conquest. We sadly won't likely be seeing them as SEGA has likely forgotten about Shadow Androids. Their only depictions are in Sonic Heroes and Shadow's game. No appearance in Archie or any spin-off, except maybe the Japanese version of Sonic Boom where Shadow sounded like a robot.

I think its kinda sad. The Shadow androids could've been really cool. SEGA could have done some interesting stuff with them, but I guess wasting huge wells of potential is their specialty. I think the recent depictions of Shadow are just not what he used to be, its sad to see such a glorious character go to waste. He seems to serve no purpose other than to be Sonic's rival when Metals not around...

I know it's only in multilplayer, but in a design sense, would Eggman give them this look to distinguish them? At least from this drawing. I have the game so I already know the single player Androids aren't yellow

The Shadow Androids only appeared in Sonic Heroes and Shadow's game, and they share the same color base with the original. It seems that SEGA forgot about them.
Eggman might change them to yellow if he wants distinguish them from Shadow, or he could use them as a frame-up job. Send an android to attack a major city, use its Chaos Control ability to escape, and blame it on Shadow so GUN would target him on the run.
