Part of my AP portfolio and the 100 themes challenge. #2: Love Info on both of these is here: [link]This one is a silhouett of a man and a woman sitting underneath a windmill. The woman is pregnant, in case you couldn't tell, which many of my relatives couldn't. When I showed it to them, their reaction was somewhat like this: "O_O Oh my... And what are they up to...?"
... Anyway. What's supposed to be happening is she's whispering in his ear or kissing his cheek or something, and he's simply holding her in his arms with one hand on her pregnant belly. The rest is up for interpretation (i.e. what it is they're thinking, what will happen, what has happened, etc.).

Ah, it's this one. I like this one; it has a nice feeling to it and I like the contrast of the people in the forefront and the windmill in the background. However, I can see where the confusion came from. It is a hard position and you did a great job with it (especially taking into account that you didn't have any reference, right?). The black against misty blue of the people is also interesting. The woman seems to be a solid color, very sure of herself, perhaps contentment? However, I didn't like the guy's coloring at first because he seemed indecisive because of the shaky texture of the color. Though, now that I look at it again, he seems more indecisive and unsure about the future, but still protective and supportive. ^^
