Another dress design.If I were buying it I'd prefer it in navy blue,I think. ;o I do like this color,though.

yeah,you have to pay for the license thing and it was around $59.23 for me,I think? D; A LOT cheaper than buying PS,though. I just use PS elements 5.0 (which came with my bamboo tablet) C: its really worth the money!

Oh,its great. The magnetic lasso tool/pen tool in PS is amazing when it comes to line art, and coloring works the same way in both sai and PS. C:
