Looks like Yugoslavian SKS. These used to be pretty cheap in where I live right now (Virginia, USA), but they are real and shootable. I hope for a future that we can continue to have real guns in the US.

The SKS is a seriously interesting bit of kit. I mean it's the only rifle I've ever seen that has a permanently attached bayonet, plus it's the first rifle to use the 7.62x39mm ammunition, which made it a precursor to the infinitely more (in)famous Kalashnikov design.
