I like the coat, the bold colour adds a nice touch. I think it would be better in a different background though... would be interesting to have it somewhere totally ludicrous like the North Pole, the park, something; even a plain white background would look cool with the bright yellow!

Rain is one of my favorite motifs in art, and the lighting in this is great. I think you did this really well.
