its is the PEOPLE in the picture that i painted. its not photography its jsut a snap shot.the art is in the make up/painitng on the faces

you are still wrong though, even though you PAINTED on your face, that is still a PICTURE of the paint on your face. An actual PAINTING (of landscape, person, object, etc) belongs in that category. Sorry!
