Finally sth from anime - not manga
It's Miyu, Lava ( 
), and totally kawaii Shiina from "Vampire Princess Miyu" tv series. I love this series for its specific climate 
Sorry for its quality both as regards the drawing and the scan. I drew it in January 2004, so almost 3,5 years ago (hopefully, I've progressed a little since then...).
And my scanner again - when you draw sth using watercolored pencils - esp as regards black color - it is very shiny and therefore reflects the scanner's light and all blacks look really miserable
