LNL Moonslayer having a bit of Halter Taining.Eirwen turned Moonie in another tight circle. Together they ran around one of the stallion pastures again. Mara stood poised at the fence line snapping pictures of Moonies movements. Meanwhile Eirwen grew frustrated. It was more than evident that the stallion had never been used for halter until she had decided it would be a smart idea. She was keen to make this their last training session before she finally entered the stallion into competitions.
Both of the women were happy with his movements around the ring, after all he knew where the treats were, and knew what to get one. Eirwen knew the problem came in getting him to stand. She drew Moonie to a walk and then finally stopped him, he stood still for just a second – just long enough for Mara to snap a shot, before he was rubbing his head against Eirwen, annoying her for the treats that he knew where there.
Sighing Eirwen knew this wouldn’t be their last training session.
