Eirwen stood nervously beside the float. Next to her was Jigsaw and Magic. Elendess was on the other side of the float. Chris was currently seeing to her. This was to be Eirwens first show since coming to Australia – and it wasn’t the kind of show she was use to. It had taken about a month and a half to get all the horses back into good health, and finally some were ready for shows and others for new homes where they would be used.
Eirwen gazed over her two horses. Both looked in prime show condition. She looked at her watch quickly. It was almost time for the first class. She un-tied both of the horses and walked around to Chris how was just finishing up on Elendess. Just a nod was passed between the two of them as they moved down to the show ring.
Then the call was made, Eirwen gathered herself and stepped out into the arena, Jigsaw trailing after her in all her beauty.
