So this is Morgan practicing frontbending motion. Essentially, it's moving in and out of different dislocations and positions while actually changing direction and moving across the ground. Does wonders for squeezing through small spaces.

While animations are possible, it would take an extraordinary amount of time and effort for a sub-par product, which I won't do. A good picture can show off all the important aspects much better than a lesser video.Β

It would be fun to see such a thing animated. Say, a video of a contortionist practicing this, or an animation of a contortionist bending every which way while incorporating it into their movement.
