Description
The focus behind this concept was to emphasize the nature of the word "doubt" through typography. The typeface is set in Futura medium (because bold wasn't available on the computer).
When designing this, I purposefully chose to place doubt right in the heart of the piece, but surround it with vast negative space. This communicates the idea that doubt arises when one person's suspicious is met with a lack of knowledge. this just leaves their "hunch" floating out in a sea of uncertainty. The decay of the letters represents the manner in which doubt is unstable and can erode the mind to when one person believes one thing, before their concept corrodes to contrary ideas that don't necessarily lead to a definitive answer.
