Only the standard compilant browsers (IE7, Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc.) support the png transparency. Internet Explorer 6 does not support it.
However, there is a JavaScript-based fix for IE 5.5 and 6 on Windows machines. There is no way having the png transparency in browsers 👍: 0 ⏩: 0

What software have you done this in?
Is it a layout design only? If so, have you thought about how the transparency will work in xhtml/css?

Overall though, very good indeed. (You've got me thinkin about transparency for my site again lol)
