Holy cow these were hard to make! But thanks to my wonderful BF we sorted this beast out.

First we started with a pair of black knee high boots. The heel we covered with a metal joint from a vent (or something of that nature) and attached it with filler foam. Then we built the outer "plating" with foam, fiberglass, epoxy, and a cardboard paper to cover it all. Then we used a filler foam to hold the boots to the structure.

It's actually a pretty complicated and time consuming process...

BUT I really love how they turned out thus far AND they are very maneuverable. Now they just need painting. I'll be posting more pictures once they're finished...this is just a preview!
