How is it that you color over your grey-scale work and still have it show through like that? I've tried different layer filters and I can't get that effect. I'm using Manga Studio though.

im not sure on how does manga studio work but I just simply used multiply effect on my flats :]

And for those who want to move the navigator, go to your Paint Tool SAI program folder and open up a file called 'misc.ini'. Scroll down until you see 'PopupNavigator = 0' and change it to a 1 and save the file. Make sure it saves as 'misc.ini' and not 'misc.ini.txt'. Enjoy
