It's a very interesting concept and I absolutely love the line work on the left side! both faces are interesting and have life in them.
The only 'flaws' I could really point out are proportions. The woman's nose is too low, but honestly speaking I don't think it is worth much attention. What I want to say is that despite the nose being too long the whole piece looks great and I wouldn't even dare saying that it needs to be fixed.
