So first I drew the main drawing of Polska 

Then I changed the colors of the lineart a bit using alpha lock 

Then I drew the „cardboard cutout“ on a lower layer 

Then I stacked the colors together and made another „cardboard cutout“ with the „space?“ on it 

Then I added some more colors to the cutout 

Then I drew the „sticks“
