I finally made it back to my childhood home in good ol’ [REDACTED]. Funny story really, I’m not actually of British descent but me and my family migrated from [REDACTED] to this humble place to get away from all the crowded big city and their smoky fume. Then we [REDACTED] and [CENSORED], after that we arrived at the humble new home and swore to never eat carrots again. Anyhow, the reason why I return to this old hunk a junk was because of the old rumors surrounding it. You see, after I left. There were other families who moved in and one after another, they’re disappeared, without leaving any trace behind. I open the rusty door and walk in. This place is an absolute craphole to say the least. Cobwebs, dead rats, molds and the like are all over the place, there are very little things that vaguely resembles anything of the house I used to live in. I walked upstairs, into the room on the right, the one with the red door. It was my room back in the good old days, the room seems to be intact despite the decaying state of the house. In one of the drawers I found something familiar to me, an old piece of papers with some writings and an illustration of a worm like creature inside a tooth, it all coming back to me now. It was in the middle of the night. I couldn’t sleep, there was something in my mouth, it wasn’t a normal toothache. I quickly ran to the bathroom mirror to check. The was nothing in my tooth, even though can still feel it, I can feel it wiggling in my tooth. I don’t know what to do, I grab my father’s tweezer and try to pull it out and surprisingly, there was something. It was a white worm, one that is so tiny that it can fit the cavity on a person’s tooth. I decided to keep and documented the creature. I put it in a jar and feed it bones and old teeth of mine, it was the first paranormal creature I ever documented. But what does it have anything to do with the missing people. Then I realized, what happened to it, when I left my home I didn’t bring it with me not release it into the wild. Somehow it escape from the jar, some how it is connected to all of this. Suddenly there are noise coming from the basement of the house. I decided to investigate and what next is truly horrifying. It’s an entire colony of those worms, estimated to be around 300-500 of the thing, and even they have change a lot. Each specimen now are the sizes of regular larvae, some even reaching up to 7 cm. In the middle of the room are the corpses of their latest victims, their flesh have been particularly melted of, their bones are being eaten have way through and the worst of all, it seems like this person was still alive somehow. It seems like after being trapped for an extended period of time with out food, the original worm have had a change in behavior and was no longer a parasite. It have evolved into an active predator and begin to hunt and eat any calcium it could fine, including other sources of calcium in the human body, bones. Having come to the realization that I have created a monster. I decided to break my own rules and set the house on fire, hopefully destroyed those abomination of nature once and for all.
