Follow Firefly Path costuming & make-up on Facebook -Β www.facebook.com/FireflyPathFor this classic fairytale cloak, we added hand-made silk ruched ribbon, framed with red velvet piping. The ornate trim adds a beautiful bell structure to the shape of the hood. The chenille cape is lined with red brocade with a flower and ivy pattern. A clasp is a red "frog" closure with brass button details. At the client's request, we added pockets to the inside lining.

This is brilliant and beautiful. It also looks like it would be rather warm and comfortable to wear, which would be perfect for the colder weather. Besides that, this shade of red along with the lovely contrasting buttons, and every other gorgeous piece make it seem like it came right out of a fairy tale.Β
