Follow Firefly Path costuming & make-up on Facebook - www.facebook.com/FireflyPathThis gown for Milynn Sarley ( glamgeekblog.com/). We modified the design by adding texture to the neckline with filigree and lace over the bust. To capture the gauziness of the bottom of the skirt, we added an ombre silk overlay. Sailor Moon artist Naoko Takeuchi often decorated the edges of her artwork by laying down a lace doily and airbrushing over it. We wanted to bring in that element by spraying the edges of her gown to look like it was fading into a lacy background
