Something for Kacheek Day over on Neopets; an Island Kacheek doing a little dance... thing... I guess. Her head is so big, I could have fixed it, but by the time I noticed it was too late; I had already inked it.

It's actually a brush found in the special effects brushes, it comes with Photoshop 7.
