Please full view this picture, as I didn't add any weight definition to the lines so it may be hard to make some parts out for the untrained eye.

This is Chicory, she's a hairless Chinese Crested toy dog and the subject of a future fursuit I plan to make. I wanted to work on a character/animal that was at an intermediate level as far as making costumes go, so I decided to go with this little lady. Her personality is highly based on music from the sixties and covers many genres; from R&B to Pop, Rock to Folk and all the emotions that generally go with them. In fact the pose came to me while listening to Do Wah Diddy Diddy by Manfred Mann.

As you can see, she's a chubby girl, I figured if she was going to be converted into a fursuit I would give her my measurements or at least close to it; she's actually taller then I am, and thinner as well. I imagine if I were to squish her a bit her height and weight would be perfect.

I envision I have a lot of work ahead of me, considering the amount of shag I'm going to have to sew together, but I look forward to working on this project. When I have some pictures of my progress I'll be sure to post them.
