Yes, a blue Kougra in a Halloween Lupe costume.
I was going to put a red Kyrii in the suit but decided on the kitty instead. Hee, it's meowing at the moon; the cats in my area howl and call at night, really annoying. So I figured the Kougra would work better then the Kyrii. This picture was done partly with my tablet pen (the background and all base coloring) and with my mouse (the outlining). I was gonna do this picture in Painter Classic but I wanted to see what I could do in Photoshop... and this is really rather beginner work... 
Oh well! Here's to getting in to the Art Gallery on Halloween!

Thanks very much! I'm glad you like the stitching, when I was doing the picture I realize that no one would notice that this was a costum unless I put the stitching on the outside of the costume.

Man, when I first saw this I was like 'The little lupe ate the kitty!', but now I see what you did now. Man, I love this. It's as cute as those imaginary puppies that you were telling me about this morning.
