This is for Stal, a friend and member of the NTWF (the Neopets fan forum I Mod at), who's birthday is coming up; it's his fire Meerca Kettch. I asked him (forced him) what he'd like drawn and he said his Meerca. I had to do a lot of guess work with the outfit, which I'm still not happy about; but everything else I like.
