This is Ryukineko, (just Ryuki or Ryu for short), who belongs to darku_tenshi on Neopets; I met her and her owner through PetsJournal over on LJ. She's an awesome artist. She decided to make Ryuki an anthro form so I'm helping her here and there with her character's design.

At the moment she couldn't decide if Ryuki should have just blond hair or maybe add some color. In a conversation between Blue and Ryuki she said she liked the color blue so I just tested something out on this, nothing really spectacular really... She's also a teen, but as you can see I made her look older then she actually is; silly me.

Anyway, I hope she likes it. I was listening to Parade, by Garbage and I think the song fits her quite well.
