last year for English we had to do a book review and we had to do an illustration for the book we did and i did Wolf Moonby Charles De Lint but i lost the original so i drew it again just
now and it's pretty much the same except i added mountains and it doesn't say 'wolf moon charles de lint' at the top like i had to do for English
on the left side is Kern howling at the moon outside the inn
and on the right is a chair with the harper's jacket and harp sitting on it

Interesting picture... I'd give you a few tips, if I could...
Firstly, the lines where the medium overlapped show throughout the picture. You could correct this by using longer strokes. Personally, I find diagnal strokes easiest, and they tend to look nicer.
Second, you seem to have a problem with perspective with things immediately beside each other--the wolf's forelegs, the table's legs. For the legs of the wolf, it's important to remember that the foot nearest the point of view should be even with the back foot. It helps to invision the animal sitting on a completely flat plane. If the subject is sideways, as this one is, it helps to draw a straight line beneath it after drawing the first foot. It gives a frame of reference for where to place the second foot (front or back, opposite of which you drew first).
Since the wolf's shoulders are perpendicular to the point of view, the foot that's farter away should end slightly higher than the one that's nearer. It should also only just be visable. This same idea applies to the table legs.
Other than that, it's an alright picture. If you're as young as I suspect you are, you've got potential.
