Description
This is my submission for 's Pokémon contest. Though not of the same universe, I couldn't help but see these two together, one because Lucario is my favorite Pokémon and Silver is one of my favorite manga characters (along with Ruby), but because both have a tendency to be withdrawn and depend on themselves before finally succumbing to those feelings of friendship...Anyways...
I hope you all like it! ^_^

Ah right, right!! I think I remember him, because I played a bit of Pokemon Gold haha (he's the one that kicks you to the curb, when you first talk to him in Gold, right?).

He does indeed, especially how he repeatedly pisses of Kuwa xD. Incidentally, my favourite line in YuYu Hakusho is when Kuwabarra ays (Jap dub): "Just as the cherry blossom is a flower among flowers, Kuwabara is a man among men!" That line was just badass (it's when he goes to walks towards Toguro without a hint of fear)!!!

I remember that line. Kuwabara is awesome, but so underrated, the poor guy XD His relationship with Yukina is sweet. I of course have not even tried to dissect it. I try to do them justice as main/side characters in my stories. But Hiei will always be my favorite XD

Yes, I know right?!! Kuwa's a funny dude haha. Hmmm, I do find it hilarious how Kuwa fawns all over Yukina and how she's just a total, clueless ditzball about it (yes, I made that word up on the spot). I sorta prefer it as a one-sided relationship, with him constantly being too afraid to get too deep and her being too foreign to human norms, to know any better haha.

She's too foreign to demon norms too. The issue with Yukina was the emotionally repressed, man-fearing race she came from, so she's clueless to all things like flirting, romance, and love. It's kind of an interesting premise on their relationship. The "warrior of love" in love with someone who doesn't know anything about love. lol

Hahaha One can only imagine... You know, now that I think about it, Hiei's voice actor is Seventeen, a super attractive dude with a super attractive sister, who's loved by the unlikeliest of guys... Does that sounds familiar? Although, besides being attractive, Eighteen and Yukina have nothing in common haha.

God, that was so sad. I HATE TARUKANE!!! He's the worst, ugliest, most vile and detestable piece of shit ever!!!! What he did to Yukina was so f***ed up and I hate how spirit realm prohibits demons (i.e. Hiei) from killing humans, even though "humans" like that don't even deserve to be called humans!!

Yeah, that was a tough arc to get through, but Yukina recovered nicely. I do dislike this one like Funimation changed. When she told Kuwabara she liked humans, the English sub actually says "I like you." lol I thought that would have been cuter.

Haha Thanks, it's pretty much as I expected then (because I often live-stream boxing matches, from the US and it's around 16 hours ahead of the timezone here in AU xD).
Ah, I never noticed that change, but that is pretty significant, because I think it bolstered Kuwa's confidence to pursue her. But yeah, the Jap version sounds much cuter. YuYu Hakusho's probably the only show (for me), where I can enjoy and love both the sub and the dub, 'cuz the voice actors do a brilliant job (with DBZ, I can't enjoy the sub, because they basically keep the child voice actors for some of the major characters, e.g. Krillin and Goku).

Yes, Vegeta's Jap voice actor's amazing (Ryo Horikawa). I really like him! Yeah, I've never heard about that haha. There were this song from Yamcha's voice actor too. That was pretty cool xD:

Vegeta's voice actor has like four songs. Love is like a Ballad, Saiyan Blood, Koi no Nazonazo which he sings with Bulma's voice actor, and Vegeta-sama no Oryori Jigoku where he's cooking and chopping up carrots XD Jee, wonder who he's thinking of XD

Hm, I was expecting something really explosive with a force that rivals "Tokusentai" (the Ginyu Force song) haha... The lyrics are amazing, but maybe it's the tune etc. and the lack of vigor, compared to something like Tokusentai xD. At least, that's how I feel.

I guess we have to go with context. Vegeta is definitely an explosive fighter, but he's still very refined in the way he speaks and everything, and seeing as that whole song was him bragging, I'd say it sounded about right XD
