Freya and Arcana are rescued on a daring escape from the depths of the city by her sister, Nadav, Catori and Freya's father, Zale. With Freya's returned fearful state, Nadav decided she wished to take her sister away from these dangerous lands to heal and departs with Freya alongside Eleka, Zemar, Catori, Arcana and Witcher, for protection, to find a new home.

Personality:

[Determined / Stubborn / Sweet / Playful / Kind / Defensive ] - **Warning: At this time, Freya will not be a good direct teaching mentor. If she is selected to mentor an apprentice, you may be in for an apprentice training a mentor scenario as Freya is a very withdrawn character except when she bonds with cats! An apprentice can still learn under her but it would be potentially learning how to care for their mentor. To teach is to learn.

Determined:

When Freya sets her mind on something, she is hard to shake. She likes older cats than younger cats, and cats more around her size. When she really likes someone, she follows them closely everywhere. She likes to listen to stories and will pester friends and family for good ones. In her own way, she wants to show her loved ones that she can help them and keep them safe. She knows a bit about medicine, being that her mother is the empire's healer, and can be a great help in a pinch, but tends to be more reluctant around blood.

Stubborn:
When she has something set in her head, she is very difficult to sway. When she's in trouble, she is difficult to convince that she is guilty. She doesn't have much patience for others and sometimes has a short temper. Don't get on her bad side cause she can get a bit grouchy. She tends to outwardly ignore cats she likes, much to their annoyance. She rarely listens to authority, and when she does, she is slow and reluctant to act, if she feels like she is forced to do something.

Sweet:

Freya tries to think of others in her actions. She can be found cuddling next to big brother, Scratch, or picking "herbs" (possibly grass or other random unusable junk) for her mommy. She is loving, in a quiet, shy way, to cats she likes (although she seems to be uncaring or abrasive toward others). She tends to hold and eye-for-an-eye view in most cases, but is more apt to do her way.

Playful:
Though not as rough and tumble as her other siblings, Freya will show a playful side to her normally calm and quiet demeanor. She doesn't like to get dirty though, and doesn't care to get wet since her long, fluffy pelt makes it difficult to be clean. She may get in a tussle with another in play (in the spur of the moment) and become upset after the adrenaline's died down, and spend a long time cleaning herself back up.

Kind:
Freya will extend a paw out to more timid cats or hurt ones, and look after all her siblings the best she can. She will normally not go out of her way to show gentility toward others, but when she does, she usually denies it afterwards. Freya shows kindness in her own way, even tho it is generally not outwardly noticeable.

Defensive:
Freya can be easily hurt by an insensitive remark, or other negative suggestions. She prides herself on her family's status as healers, and will defend her honor, even if it's not necessarily the best, thought-out way. She is normally seeming emotionless, but she is highly empathetic and takes a lot of time thinking of things, but at the same time, she doesn't want to "give in" or be stepped on or used by others. She is a bit of an enigma at times.

Background:

Despite being born of two Shadow Empire cats, Freya is born to her mother in the captivity of humans, due to her mother's capture at the claws of the bounty hunters while she was still growing in Thalia's belly. She is given the pet name of "Poffle" by Thalia, since Thalia didn't want to name her babies without the father present. Being a cub, Freya is oblivious as to that their living situation is bad, but she knows her mother hates it there, despite her best efforts to keep her cubs as happy and safe as possible. Freya spent most of her time curled up next to her mother, hiding in her fluff, and watching the others play, and peering out at that strange, long-eared and legged female that the humans kept with them.

After living in captivity for a long 8 months of life, the day finally came when the empire cats attacked Massilia. Thalia, Freya and her siblings were released from their prison by the murderous, ex-leader of the Bounty Hunters. Freya's sisters and Athios were shown more attention, and Freya and her brother Caedric, were forced to follow after their carried away mother, or be left behind. Shortly after, the hunter was brutally slaughtered by the cub's father, Laertes, who nearly died himself. Afterwards, a rescue team came and took Thalia and Laertes, and picked up Freya's two sisters and brother again. Afraid and confused, a stressed out Freya followed behind, but was soon greeted by a kind and friendly face. Scratch the gay flower came up to the group, wanting to help, and introduced himself to Freya with kind words of comfort. Despite the situation, Freya took an instant liking to Scratch, the grass prince, and, when they got close to the temporary healer camp, an exhausted Freya even allowed Scratch to pick her up and carry her the rest of the way, when she would have normally clawed him.

Shortly after joining, Freya stayed hidden inside her mother's den, only coming out to play with her siblings, and when Scratch came to play. After about a month or so of staying in camp, Laertes was banished from Shadow Empire. Castalia went with him. Eden went back to the city to become a pet. Although Freya was closer with her brothers than sisters, it hurt to see her mother sad. Thalia seemed to distance herself from her cubs, and being the healer, and with her attention divided between the empire, the adopted ocelynxes, her brothers, and soon, two more adopted siblings. Freya began to feel estranged from her mother, and two more female cubs adopted to "replace" the lost ones, making her feel somewhat pushed aside, as the younger females needed more care than she. Already having difficulty expressing her emotions, Freya became more of a quiet loner, hanging out alone in the healer den, or going outside to tear up some grass. Few cats were able to reach out to her, and she found herself pulled into Scratch's friendship circle, although quite unwillingly. She slowly started to warm up to Araceli, Galena, Dion, Tacitus, Eleka, and Zemar.

- Freya is not known for being talkative, so she may take some patience to deal with

- Freya is very sensitive to the emotions of her parents, and is influenced by their interactions with other cats

- She is smaller than her other siblings, taking the smaller end of sizes of a snow leopard

- Her colors lean more toward her mother's side

- She has more knowledge of herbs and health than many cats due to her affiliation with her mother being healer

- Freya is a quiet, sleepy eyed, "dandere" character ( A dandere is a character who may seem very quiet, and even emotionless, until they come out of their shells, revealing that they were shy)

- Freya has the habit of grabbing and carrying another cat's tail when nervous or in some way agitated, but only if they're very close. If rejected, it will be difficult to salvage a friendship

- Chances are you will be hissed at when you first meet her. Touching her may also receive a claw to the face.

- Frey has horrendous social anxiety, and it is best to introduce her to fewer cats at a time. She won't be talkative, so friendlier but gentle characters will have more luck with her

- She may have panic attacks when overwhelmed and it could cause her to lash out or curl up where she is and shake

- She is nervous around cubs and doesn't know how to act around them since she never really had much playing experience except with her siblings

- She likes to tear up grass to relieve stress, resulting in some of her mother's herbs being ruined and some dirt patches around the den
