This is a PNG with a transparent background that will be easy to use in most programs ^u^ There are plenty of good, free drawing programs out there! Please do not ask me to make it paint friendly. That program sucks.
It's free to use, but you MUST give me credit! (Also let me know if you do use it ^_^. I'd like to see what you do)
