Description
Meet Caitlin. If you've been following me for awhile, you might have noticed I have a handful of original characters with no names, personality, or explanations.Well, they actually do, but I just never find myself able to draw them the way I like. I've mentioned I have issues with consistency. This carries over into designs. There's no set way to draw her yet, so she keeps changing.
So, I'd like to ask you kind folks to suggest which of these three (or if you've got a different suggestion, feel free to comment that too) you prefer. On the left is a more Cartoon/Disney style, the middle is me messing around, and the far right is more of a western comic style.
Also, I've got a small bio for her, but I'm not sure its necessary at this point.

I have a HUGE problem with consistency myself as well thus tons of art problem that can't get anywhere.
I like the Disney version the best (big Disney fan also) if I had to pick one but perhaps a fusion of the left and middle versions (I like the face of the left the most).
Very sexy and I look forward to see what happens!

Provided I actually stick to this character, it would indeed be a fusion. I can't really bear to look at any of them and go "Yeah, that's what I'm sticking with."

Probably more sad than sophisticated.

I prefer the center "style".
And I'd love to read that bio some time

The bio is almost nothing, everything there is to know about the character at this point is either visible in the drawing and that she BE's at the worst possible time. Which isn't critical to anything or set in stone.

I think I like the left-most one, but the right is great too, has a bit more of an air of realism.

It's interesting. I find the face more attractive done "Disney", but the boobs bigger "Western". Is there a subtle meaning in that? (Mind you, any of the three is very easy to look at.)

Nah, you can take everything I do at face value.
I can't help my snicker at your name, you're very on the nose about what you're ear to enjoy.

I like the face of the second/middle one, but the body and smooth lines of the fist/left one. I like that the left one's waist and curves are more defined, but the middle one's face and eyes look more natural.

Frankly I am charmed by the one on the right. I think the way its done in a sort of sketch realistic western stele is what attacks me, and I would also say its the way her top is designed; a button up raglan sleeve is kinda neat, unless thats a vest.
The center one is probable closer to your actual style, but my taste draws towards the Caitlin on the right.

I don't think I have any one style, which is a big reason why consistency is an issue for me. I draw different things in different ways. So I don't know how one could be considered my "actual style".

Well, you might have a distinctive signature in your style, even if its not established. I don't think its a matter of trying to stand out, but finding what works, sticking with it, and refining it and experimenting as you go along. I've seen some artists, they have a definitive style, being shading, or coloring or anatomy, and they keep consistency, yet every so often change to either be faster, or just challenge themselves.
Don't worry, you'll find your signature!

I would say somewheres in between the second and third. Second she looks like the victim of a slight wardrobe malfunction and third looks a bit like about the spit out some tabaccy (western right?). I really like this character though.

They'd all have buttons. However this specific outfit would probably not survive after this piece.

I think I like the middle one the best; the third has the cutest face, but she seems kind of skinny. (Or it might just be because of her huge bust that makes a contrast.) That said, Disney-style Caitlin looks pretty cute.
I think I recognize her here and there; pretty sure she was in that one picture with Sierra. And now it's starting to bug me that I THINK I've seen her in several of your pictures but I can't pin them down exactly. It's most unfortunate that I have the memory of a dried trout. (Much like the trout, my memory stinks. And I may have lost the metaphor there.)
She does seem to have problems finding a decent shirt that fits, doesn't she? Alas, if only she lived in a land of giants and could spring for some extra-plus-sized shirts. It'd be too big, but at least it would sort of fit!

The one on the right is missing logical hips. That's mostly an error on my part. She's shown up twice in my gallery, but not with Sierra. Just in some older pics.
She doesn't have problems finding shirts that fit, they just have a habit of becoming too small in a moment of panic. But the giant shirt idea is a cute one, I'll have to hold onto that.

Right; I was thinking of that one 'texting teens' picture. It's been forever since I saw the description that I totally forgot who the other girl was.
Truly, large-bust girls do have a deficient in shirts that fit. And yes! Once again, GIANTS SAVE THE DAY. (It is a little known fact that without giants, everything would be substantially less awesome. It is why the Aesir seemed to prefer Giantesses, for they are awesome. And possibly that the Aesir REALLY like taller women.)

Ah, completely different account then @_@ Yeah, that was someone else's character.
I've pretty much decided that not only do this girl and my giant girl exist in the same universe, but they're probably friends too. Strange circumstances and the like.

Ah, right, different account! Apparently, I am a total ditz. (Not like anyone hasn't noticed that yet, though.)
That'd probably make a pretty cute scene, of those two girls being friends and stuff.

Honestly, they all look good, but I can't really decide because each one is in a different style and a different pose. It's hard to merit the differences when none of them are mirrored.
Anyway, I like the style with the boobs, if that helps. :V

HomosexualOrange In reply to First-Second [2011-10-17 20:40:12 +0000 UTC]
Well, yeah, but different styles and different poses combined make it hard to compare them. If they were all just a girl standing still, it would be a lot easier to compare them.
